There's no food like seafood

A fast, casual seafood restaurant, Fish On is now open at 6613 Commercial Park Ave., in Rathdrum, just off Highway 53 and near Super 1 Foods.

With dining room and bar seating, the menu includes fish-on tacos, poke bowls, creole octopus sandwiches, chowder, daily specials, salads (with salmon and shrimp options), beer and wine, along with a kids' menu, and takeout.

Coeur Climbing Company planned in Post Falls

Coeur Climbing Company is leasing a large warehouse space at 764 S. Clearwater in Riverbend Commerce Park in Post Falls. Opening in early 2023, it will include a 5,000-square-foot bouldering space, a 24-foot climbing space, a yoga studio, weights, cardio equipment, training walls, rock-climbing gear and a possible café. The wall-builder is Entre-Prises.

Dutch Bros plans fourth Kootenai place

The fourth Kootenai County location of Dutch Bros Coffee will be built soon at 6299 W. Pointe Parkway (next to Panda Express near Cabelas and Walmart) west of Post Falls.
