The Cardinal freshman shot a 9-under-par 204 (69-67-68) to win the individual title by four shots at the Battlin' Bears Invitational, hosted by Rocky Mountain College in Billings, Mont., also leading NIC's men to the team title. "I know Caden went into that event with a chip on his shoulder, because at one point he was in discussion with the Rocky coach about playing there," NIC coach Russell Grove said. "The key for his scoring there was his driver and his putter."
