'Tis the holiday craft fair season

Get into the spirit of things and enjoy one of the many craft fairs and bazaars taking place around Kootenai County.

Bazaar and Giant Indoor Sale | 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday, Nov. 18, and Saturday, Nov. 19, at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 13541 W. Highway 53, Rathdrum. Collectibles, crafts, baked goods, pantry, white elephant. Free clothing. Breakfast and lunch available.

Christmas Bazaar | 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, at Hayden Senior Center, 1250 W. Lancaster Road (in the Calem Shrine Public Event Center). Coffee, snacks, chili/baked potato bar, homemade baked goods, handmade crafts and decorations. $2 admission.

Holiday Bazaar | 1 to 6 p.m., Friday Nov. 18, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, at Bestland, 606 E. Best Ave., Coeur d’Alene. Local vendors, crafters, baked goods, used book sale, raffles.

Annual Holiday Bazaar | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 19, at Lutheran Church of the Master, 4800 N. Ramsey Road, Coeur d’Alene. Famous “Goodies by the Pound,” raffle items, crafts and quilts, gift baskets, lunch available.

Holiday Open House and Market | 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Friday, Nov. 25, and Saturday, Nov. 26, at New Leaf Nursery, 12566 Government Way, Hayden. Free admission. Holiday decor and fresh Christmas trees available. Free Santa photos and local vendors.

European Christmas Market | 4 to 9 p.m., Friday, Dec. 2, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 3, at McIntire Park in Hayden. Admission $5. Open-air market inspired by in Christkindlmarkts in Germany, Austria and other countries.
