Corwin and Barker promoted at bankcda
bankcda celebrates Renee Corwin and Dana Barker in their new positions.
Corwin, formerly branch manager of the Kellogg branch, was promoted to vice president of retail banking. In her new role, Corwin will manage the main office of bankcda, as well as oversee the retail banking of all four branches. Corwin has 33 years’ experience in the financial industry.
Barker was promoted to branch manager of the Kellogg branch. Barker is a lifelong Silver Valley resident with 13 years’ experience in the financial industry.
Coeur d’Alene Bancorp, parent company of bankcda, is headquartered in Coeur d’Alene with branches in Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls and Kellogg.

Nordstrom named treasury management officer at bankcda
bankcda welcomed Jaelyn Nordstrom in her new position as treasury management officer on Oct. 20.
“I am very excited to be in a position of helping and advocating for local businesses,” Nordstrom said. “Educating our customers about our products and services to make sure they make strong strategic decisions is my mission.”
As the new treasury management officer at bankcda, her role will include being the liaison and advocate between customers and the bankcda loan officers. Nordstrom will be an additional contact that will ensure clients are acquainted with existing products and services bankcda offers to enhance their business loan experience.
Nordstrom graduated from Lake City High School in 2014, received her associate's degree from North Idaho College in 2017, and continued her education at Lewis-Clark State College graduating in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in marketing. After five years with Costco, most recently Costco Corporate offices, Nordstrom looks for a new challenge in her hometown.

Atkins to lead the Behavioral Health program for Heritage Health
Dr. David Atkins has been promoted to Heritage Health’s Chief Behavioral Health Officer. Atkins will oversee all behavioral health services, including the psychiatry, substance use disorder, therapy and neurobehavioral programs.
Atkins, who previously served the organization as the VP of Medical Services, said he’s excited about the new opportunity.
“The demand for behavioral health care is increasing and it will take a team approach to address that demand,” said Atkins. “Our collective goal is to strengthen our existing service lines to improve collaboration while expanding to meet the growing community need.
Atkins has worked at Heritage Health since moving to the area in 2015, focusing his efforts on strengthening the psychiatric services department while promoting integration of physical and mental health in the primary care clinics.

Cutting joins Kootenai Prosthetics and Orthotics
Spencer Cutting, certified orthotist, has joined the staff of Kootenai Prosthetics and Orthotics.
Cutting holds an undergraduate degree in biology from Walla Walla University, a master of science in orthotics and prosthetics from Loma Linda University and is a board eligible prosthetist. The Idaho native did bioengineering research as an undergraduate and received a community service award in graduate school.
Kootenai Prosthetics and Orthotics has offices in Post Falls and Sandpoint.
