NIC ELECTION: Vote for Broschet, Corkill and Zimmerman

The future of our community gem is in jeopardy. Over the past couple of years, we have watched a mass exodus of high-quality leaders leave North Idaho College — some by choice, others not. It is a shame what is happening in our community, and we cannot sit by and watch this travesty happen any longer.

We are grateful to these respectable and qualified leaders for stepping up and putting their name on the ballot for North Idaho College Board of Trustees. They know the work they have ahead of them to reestablish credibility and order within the institution.

We feel confident in our endorsement knowing the experience among the three candidates from public service, community boards and private business. They have the vision and experience to bring our hometown college back to its glory.

Your vote counts now more than ever — ensure success for our community by voting for an intelligent and professional board including Pete Broschet, Brad Corkill and Tarie Zimmerman.
