We have heard many people who support killing a baby in the womb chant, “The Supreme Court has no right to change a previous court’s decision.”
If they are sincere about this line of reasoning, then I’m sure they would have agreed, arm-in-arm with those protesting the Supreme Court in 1857. Prior to this date, the Supreme Court passed a judgment that slavery was legal. But it was reversed with the court of 1857.
