Music of the '70s coming to Cd'A
Rusty Jackson's '70s show is coming to Lake City Center on May 28.
Local musician Rusty Jackson is bringing the sounds of the 1970s to Lake City Center at 6 p.m. May 28.
The Eagles, Lynyrd Skynyrd, James Taylor and Carly Simon are just a few of the artists who will be covered.
"We are playing the soundtrack from our youth," Jackson said. "Everyone over 50 grew up with these songs and most people under 50 know the songs too because the '70s was just a rich decade with incredible recorded music that has stood the test of time."
A portion of the show's proceeds will go to Greater Veterans of Spokane, a charitable organization that helps veterans and their families.
