AMADOR: Don’t believe fake newspaper

We recently received what appeared to be a “newspaper” in our mailbox titled “The People’s Pen.” Unfortunately, I could find no real details about who pays for or produces this document.

This has led me to the conclusion that this publication, based upon the clearly biased articles, is merely a political advertisement paid for by a dark money organization.

One of the articles in this document was critical of our State Representative, Paul Amador. The article was clearly a political hatchet job meant to mislead and mischaracterize his record in the Legislature.

I have known Paul for many years and have followed his service in the Legislature. He has a conservative voting record supporting families, our community and our constitution.

I would encourage you to do your own independent research on each of the candidates on your ballot. I will be voting to re-elect Paul Amador to the Idaho Legislature on May 17, and I hope you will as well, he has proven to represent our community with dignity and honor.
