COEUR d’ALENE — The Founding Members of North Idaho Republicans have been asked by many people which candidates in the upcoming May 17 primary best share our traditional Republican values.

North Idaho was built on conservative values, personal responsibility and hard work. With civility, cooperation and good communication the community came together. We built schools, a great medical network, a strong community college, and a core of businesses, both small and large, that provide economic stability. We believe this was a winning combination for all of us that can only be protected and restored by electing qualified candidates who share these values.

The Founding Members believe the following candidates appear to be aligned with traditional Republican principles, and we are pleased to recommend the following qualified candidates:

Legislative District 2 — (Spirit Lake, Athol, Bayview, Harrison and east side of Lake Coeur d'Alene; plus three other counties)
