NIC: Better approach — recall

The Coeur d’Alene Press published a list of approximately 1,400 people who would like NIC Trustee Mr. Banducci to resign. This is less than 1% of the people in Kootenai County. Is it possible for these disappointed folks to initiate a recall process?

Using this method to deal with this matter would be better, because then voters of Kootenai County could determine Mr. Banducci’s fate. Just a thought.
