Mountain West Bank has hired Gina Doerschel to manage its new branch in Wallace. She has 10 years of banking experience as a universal banker, sales and service coordinator, and branch manager.

Giving back to her community is a priority for Doerschel. Doerschel is also a member of Kiwanis Club of Silver Valley and serves on multiple Kellogg School District committees and its Class of 2022 Senior Parents.

"Gina brings a wealth of market knowledge and customer service experience to lead our expansion into the Silver Valley," said Mountain West Bank President and CEO Scott Anderson. "We are thrilled to welcome her to the team."

Mountain West Bank anticipates the Wallace branch should be open for business in May after receipt of regulatory approval and installation of an ATM, signage and data and telecommunications connections at the building. It is located in the historic First National Bank of Wallace building at 419 Sixth St. The new branch will offer business and personal deposit accounts, consumer loans, home loans, business loans and other business banking services.
