William 'Bill' Power, 93

William "Bill" Power, 93 of Spirit Lake, Idaho, passed away July 20, 2022, in a tragic motorcycle accident while accompanied by his dear friend, Janette Wolfe.

Bill was born on March 23, 1929, in Los Angeles to William Power and Edna Gibson. Bill served for the United States Navy in World War II and later served for the United States Army in the Korean War. Bill worked as a truck driver for Sears until his retirement in 1984. He and Dorothy then moved their family to Spirit Lake where he resided until his passing.

Bill was an avid lover of trains, building and flying large scale R/C planes and racing motorcycles starting as a young man. His love of motorcycles continued until his passing.

Bill is survived by his children: his stepson, Jerry (Jeanie) May, William H., Valerie F., Jeanette O., and Paul E. Power; along with their families. William was preceded in death by his parents and wife Dorothy (Dottie) Power.
