Protest targets Gov. Little, Roe v. Wade overturn

Brad Little's signing of the "Fetal Heartbeat Bill," which bans abortions after a baby’s heartbeat is detected. Little is hosting the Western Governors Association's annual meeting that started Tuesday at The Coeur d'Alene Resort and continues through Thursday.
