Farm-fresh dining and brews
Farm-craft beer and farm-to-table cuisine will be offered at the Lone Mountain Farms & Brewery Taphouse opening Wednesday at 324 W. Lancaster Road, Suite C.
Owners Luke and Emily Black utilize their farm-grown grains and hops with their Munich-style brewing method to craft beer full of flavor. The seasonal menu has ingredients featuring local sources to pair with the beer.
The Blacks started Lone Mountain Farms in 2013 to grow produce, hops and hens for eggs. They sold through the Farmers' Market and at the farm. Hours at the new place are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday. The grand opening is Feb. 16.
DJ Moore is head brewer, Luke Durham is the chef and Meg Sawyer is the event coordinator. Phone 208-684-6708. Check www.lonemountainfarms.com.
