STRATA hires Hubener as construction services manager

STRATA is pleased to announce the addition of Kelly Hubener as the new construction services manager for STRATA’s Hayden office. Hubener’s responsibilities include leading and mentoring STRATA’s construction and laboratory testing staff throughout North Idaho.

For more than 40 years, STRATA has been providing quality and innovative geotechnical engineering, inspection and testing services throughout the Intermountain Northwest. Hubener’s organizational skills, commitment to excellence, honesty, fairness and responsiveness make her a valuable addition to STRATA’s team of proud professionals.

Hubener earned a bachelor’s degree in forest products from the University of Idaho with a focus on wood construction and design. Hubener brings more than eight years of experience in the construction industry to her new role at STRATA. Her qualifications include ICC Special Inspector certifications in structural masonry, reinforced concrete, soils, structural steel and bolting, and spray applied fire proofing; ICC Residential and Commercial Building Inspector; ACI Concrete Field Technician Grade 1; WAQTC Sampler/Tester Qualifications in Aggregate, Asphalt, Embankment & Base, and In-Place Density.

Hubener also earned ITD inspector qualifications in concrete and structures, contract administration, traffic construction inspection, surface treatment and plant mix pavement, and earthwork and base.

As the Hayden construction services manager, Hubener is responsible for the quality, safety, performance and risk management of the field and laboratory professionals entrusted to her leadership.
