City of Post Falls, Idaho Spokane Street & Prairie Avenue - Phase 2 Advertisement for Bids General Notice The City of Post Falls, Idaho (Owner) is requesting Bids for the Spokane Street & Prairie Avenue - Phase 2 Project.
