Jordan named CEO of Marimn Health

PLUMMER — The Coeur d’Alene Tribe has named Janice Jordan as the CEO of Marimn Health. Jordan will assume her new role March 7.

“It’s an honor to step into this role and I’m humbled to serve as the next leader of Marimn Health," Jordan said in a press release. "We have a great deal of momentum and I am excited to grow the organization and continue to serve the community in new and exciting ways."

Jordan will be the first Coeur d’Alene tribal member to serve as CEO of Marimn Health.

“It’s awesome to have a tribal member taking on the highest position within our healthcare organization. She has been a tremendous asset for our tribe over the course of her career and we are confident that she will ensure the best healthcare and wellness services will continue to be provided to the community under her direction,” said Chief Allan, Chairman of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe.

Most recently, Jordan served as the chief clinical officer for Marimn Health where she oversaw all medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy operations.

Prior to that, she served as medical operations director at Marimn Health for over four years.

She holds an executive master in business administration from the University of Idaho.

Jordan graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences as a physician assistant and has worked as a licensed physician assistant in primary care and urgent care.

“Janice has been a critical part of the leadership team at Marimn Health for many years and we couldn’t be happier that she is stepping into this new role as CEO,” said Matthew Stensgar, chairman of the Coeur d’Alene Tribal Health Authority Board of Directors, the governing body which oversees the operations of Marimn Health.

Helo Hancock will step down March 4 after serving over five years as the CEO of Marimn Health. He will be work closely with Jordan over the coming weeks.
