Garcia earns associate brokers license

Michelle Garcia, a realtor with Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty Inc., recently earned her associate brokers license. Garcia has been working in the real estate field with Windermere since 2017. She is also the founder of Lake CDA Real Estate, LLC. which is her team consisting of licensed agents and support staff.

“I am very excited to take the next step in my real estate career. After working in the Coeur d’Alene real estate market for years, I wanted to broaden my knowledge base and become an even greater asset to my clients. I am thoroughly delighted as this has been a goal of mine for some time,” Garcia said.

In Idaho, an associate broker refers to a real estate professional who is equipped with a broker’s license but is working under a designated broker. Idaho allows one designated broker per brokerage.

Garcia is also a licensed broker in the state of Florida with her brokerage, Sunseekers Realty Group.

Before starting her career as a realtor, Garcia owned and operated businesses in California. She also ran online businesses. Her educational background is in marketing, social media and online marketing which now helps her to guide her clients in buying and selling real estate. She has also taught online classes on subjects like blogging, online marketing, video marketing and social media marketing.

Garcia is currently an active member of the Coeur d’Alene Regional Chamber, a board member with North Idaho Building Contractors Association, a committee member for Parade of Homes, and active in several other community-minded organizations.

Garcia said, “Though my focus has been on premier properties, luxury homes and investment properties, I help my clients with whatever they need to realize their dreams. Steve Martin once said something that has stuck with me for years which is this: ‘Be so good they can’t ignore you.’ I feel becoming a broker is the next natural step in helping me do just that.”
