The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare, Division of Public Health, HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Section is seeking a maximum of five (5) qualified subgrantees to implement mobile clinic/outreach services to communities that would otherwise not have access. The primary intent of subgrant support is to provide the opportunity for clinics and/or community-based organizations (CBOs) to purchase a vehicle to expand access to preventative health services in their regions, and improve access to HIV, STI, HCV, and harm-reduction services through testing, education, and/or referrals.
