ABUSE: Let punishment fit crime

I am writing in response to the article on child abuse in Friday’s paper. Just made me sick that an innocent, defenseless 7-week-old infant had to endure such terror and pain. Just no excuse. None whatsoever.

Hopefully the parents will both have to spend the rest of their lives in jail where they could be tortured just like their child was. Maybe if what people do to other people and are caught then they should have the same thing done to them. So if you sexually abuse a child or rape a person or cause anyone harm then that should be their punishment.

Jail time and abuse done to them like they did to their victim. Maybe if that was the law of the land then we might not see a story on the front page of the newspaper like this again. Sure hope these so-called humans get life in prison without chance of parole.
