New Vision students support Newby-ginnings
Students from New Vision High School in Post Falls partnered with Super 1 Foods for a food drive Friday, Dec. 16 to support Newby-ginnings of North Idaho, a Post Falls-based nonprofit that provides free supplies and resources for veterans in need. The students collected about 150 bags of food.

Students from New Vision High School in Post Falls partnered with Super 1 Foods for a food drive Friday, Dec. 16 to support Newby-ginnings of North Idaho, a Post Falls-based nonprofit that provides free resources and supplies for local veterans in need.
The students collected about 150 bags of food, $10 each, that were bought or donated for Newby-ginnings.
"We are hoping to make this an annual event," New Vision social studies teacher Rich Raynor told The Press.
The students who worked that day were Brock Carpenter, Maddy Hamilton, Aspen Borntrager and Arryanna Kirsebom. Several others helped prepare the bags.
