Spencer named branch manager at bankcda
Suzanna Spencer is the new bankcda Post Falls branch manager.
“I love working for a community bank that supports local, personal and business customers where we live, work and play," Spencer said. "bankcda understands the banking wants and needs of this area because we are the only locally owned bank in Northern Idaho.”
As the new Post Falls branch manager at bankcda, her role will include overseeing the daily activities at the Post Falls branch. She also will assist opening new accounts and completing teller transactions. Spencer can also be found at the branch visiting existing customers and reaching out to local businesses to let them know about the products and services that bankcda has to offer.
Spencer has been in the financial industry for the last 23 years. She is a graduate of California State University-Chico and holds a B.S. in social science. Spencer managed the Post Falls branch of INB for five years, the Post Falls branch of STCU for seven years and the Rathdrum branch of STCU for three years before joining bankcda on Dec. 12.
Spencer currently sits on the board of the Rathdrum Area Chamber of Commerce, along with being a committee member of Lakeland Education Foundation. She also serves on the finance committee for NISSA/Safe Start where she was recently honored as the 2022 recipient of the Mary S. Dore Shining Star award for her many contributions to the organization. Spencer previously served on the board of the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce and was the Post Falls Chamber Volunteer of the Year in 2007. She also served on the Post Falls Education Foundation and was a member of the Post Falls Kiwanis and served as president for that organization.
bankcda has four locations: Coeur d’Alene, Hayden, Post Falls and Kellogg. bankcda employs 31 employees and has a board of directors made up of seven local leaders.
