Request for Statement of Qualifications RATHDRUM CITY HALL PROJECT The City of Rathdrum is seeking architectural design services for the planning and development of a new City Hall. The City of Rathdrum is soliciting and accepting a Statement of Qualification from interested and qualified firms for providing engineering and architectural services for the Rathdrum City Hall Design Project. Consulting services requested include landscape architecture, engineering design, and cost estimation for the construction of the new city hall building and campus. The new City Hall is envisioned to host all City departments. At this time, the City of Rathdrum will be utilizing local funds for this project. The planning efforts for the Project is proposed to be completed in two phases with Phase I including the assessment of existing conditions and seeking/collecting public input. Phase I is anticipated to include a design charette, following the collection of public input. Phase II will include internal/staff input, conceptual design (facility sizing + functionality relationships between City departments) and cost estimation.
