Request for Statement of Qualifications RATHDRUM CITY HALL PROJECT The City of Rathdrum is seeking architectural design services for the planning and development of a new City Hall. The City of Rathdrum is soliciting and accepting a Statement of Qualification from interested and qualified firms for providing engineering and architectural services for the Rathdrum City Hall Design Project. Consulting services requested include landscape architecture, engineering design, and cost estimation for the construction of the new city hall building and campus.
