Owners Nicole and Eli Brown offer adult and kid martial arts and self-defense classes with open mat space and four roll-up doors to let in a great cross breeze at 978 W. Hayden Ave. Hours are 4-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9-11 a.m. Saturdays with more hours to be added. Open-mat classes will be on Fridays.

Club Pilates opens Hayden location

Low-impact full-body workouts with a variety of classes are offered at Club Pilates Hayden that opened last week at 9235 Government Way.

Owners Jen and Rod Emerson offer reformer-based pilates classes to fit individual needs with Springboard, TRX, Basu, EXO chairs, Triggerpoint foam rollers and more with seven class styles in four levels. General manager is Anna Hammons and Sally Dutson is regional manager.

Rooted Chiropractic Club opens in Hayden

With an emphasis on pediatric and perinatal care, Rooted Chiropractic Club will open Monday at 9420 Government Way in Hayden.
