NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENTS TO CITY CODE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 18, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Idaho, to consider amendments to the Hayden City Code as follows: 1. Title 11 Chapter 2 Section 8: Amending "Applicability" to provide for two (2) zone designations within the Mixed Use zone designations. 2. Title 11 Chapter 2 Section 4: Amending "Special Conditions" under the use table to include added language related to processes or restrictions related to a Mixed Use sub-category.
