KEC promotes Schneider to operations superintendent

Kootenai Electric Cooperative (KEC) is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Schneider to operations superintendent. Schneider has worked for KEC for 24 years and previously worked as a foreman.

In his new position, Schneider is responsible for managing the day-to-day construction, maintenance and operations activities of KEC’s Operations Department personnel. This includes overseeing contractor and right-of-way maintenance and outage management.

Schneider completed his line apprenticeship through the Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee in Portland, Ore., in 1997.
