MASKS: Or the alternative

A critical care nurse shared with me a conversation from a member of the military medical team when they first arrived in town.

The team was wearing their masks in the lobby of the hotel where they are staying when a person came up to them and said, “You know that this is North Idaho and you do not have to wear masks here.” The reply from a member of the medical team was, “That’s why we are here.”

We have a grandson attending the second grade. The only people wearing masks in his classroom are our grandson and three of his close friends.

If you want schools to stay open, you will require masks in all schools or down the road you may have to take action similar to the St. Maries schools.
