Christina Marie Van Wert, 43, of Hayden, Idaho, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Sept. 25, 2021. Christina was born on Aug. 3, 1978, in Modesto, Calif. to Candy Baldwin and Dwayne Van Wert.
In the early '80s they left California and moved to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where she lived for several years until they moved to Clarkston, Wash., when she was 14 years old. There she attended Lincoln Middle School and Clarkson High School where she graduated in 1996. Shortly after high school she welcomed her son, Bryant Brown, into the world in 1997. Later on she moved back to the Post Falls/ Coeur d'Alene area. In 2009 she welcomed to the world her daughter, Sythia Bowen. In 2013 she finally met her soulmate and fiance Paul Turner and in 2016 they welcomed their twins, Ayden James and Braelyn Paige, into the world.
Christina worked as a detailer/cleaning lady most of her life and she loved it. She had been working as a detailer for the last eight years.
Christina enjoyed spending time with her children and taking them to do fun things like Silverwood, camping and swimming. She enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with family. Her children were her world. She also enjoyed collecting wolves and dolphins.
She is survived by her fiance, Paul Turner, of Hayden, Idaho, son Bryant Brown of Clarkston, Wash., daughter Sythia Bowen of Hayden, Idaho, twins Ayden and Braelyn Turner of Hayden, Idaho, sister Tanya Baldwin of Post Falls, Idaho, sister Katrina Trimble and (Ryan) of Moscow, Idaho, sister Shawney Fenenbock of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, sister Sarah Quanz and (Chaz) of Post Falls, Idaho, mother and stepfather Candy and Dale Fenenbock of Post Falls, Idaho, father Dwayne Van Wert of California. Her nephews, Tyren Baldwin and Liam Lindley and her nieces, Tayah Nelson, Libby Trimble, Chevelle Trimble, Brooke Lindley and Eleanor Fenenbock. She is also survived by many cousins and their kids, aunts and uncles, whom she loved dearly. She was especially close with her cousin, Belinda Baldwin, and her kids.
Christina made such an impact on so many lives, all that knew her, loved her, she was an amazing soul. Donations can be made to her GoFundMe account on Facebook for her children. A memorial / celebration of life will be held for her at a later date.
