HISTORY: Paints dim forecast for Dems

| November 21, 2021 1:00 AM

Thanks to Joe Biden’s incompetence and Nancy Pelosi’s authoritarianism, the Democrats will likely lose big in the upcoming midterm elections.

They have nothing to offer the average voter except energy dependence, a supply chain backlog, mandatory edicts reminiscent of the old Soviet Union, open borders, sanctuary cities, a humiliating exit from Afghanistan, runaway inflations, a huge increase in our national debt, etc.

History gives us examples of what could happen to the Democratic Party after 2022.

  1. The Whig Party fell apart in the 1850s because they had nothing to offer that appealed to voters.

  2. The Democratic Party split in two, going so far as to hold two nominating conventions over the issue of slavery in 1860. It was 20 years before the Democrats elected another president.

So, what will likely happen to the modern Democratic Party? They might split into two separate parties, the Progressives and the Moderates, neither of whom could win enough votes to defeat a Republican.

I can hardly wait. Goodbye to a socialist agenda.
