The engraving company Custom Den has moved from the Riverstone complex to 1704 N. Government Way (north of the Long Ear).

The services include laser and rotary engraving and sublimation with a focus on awards, recognition and personalized gifts such as engraved rings, drinkware, decor, gifts, awards and recognition of sports and events. Owners Gary Everson (dad) and Brent Everson (son) also sell laser-engraved cutting boards, personalized stainless steel tumblers and beer can glasses.

The Everson family has been in the business since 1946 (Everson's Jewelry in downtown Coeur d'Alene) since 1946 and started Custom Den in 2016.

SixOne Media opens in Hayden

The digital production studio and corporate office for SixOne Media has opened at 11350 N. Government Way in Hayden.

Kevin Clayton and Daniel Lang formed the nonprofit business for the expressed purpose of digital media and content creation and artist-producer development for primarily religious, charitable, literary or educational applications.

These include film and music production, live streaming, virtual events, podcast production and artist and content producer development. The vision is to create and cultivate a safe environment for artists, producers and educators with a positive freedom of expression in digital media.

By The Pound opens in Silver Lake Mall

Emphasizing a zero-waste market and refillery, Ashley Romanowski has opened By The Pound in the Pollen & Petal store on Fridays and Saturdays in Silver Lake Mall.

Golf Island opens in Riverstone

With five large simulator bays, Golf Island has opened at 2410 N. Old Mill Loop (north of Azteca restaurant) in Riverstone.

Owners Taylor Vold and Thomas Tedder have 18x10-foot curved projector screens and book tee times and lessons 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily for ages 21 and over (beers and wines) — and under 21 when the kitchen opens soon with pizza, hot dogs and sports drinks.

Offering climate-controlled spaces, City Center Storage is now open at 3210 N. Government Way (the former location of Wallaroo's Furniture).
