Dean Knudson, 83

Dean Knudson, formerly from Hayden Lake, Idaho passed away at his home in Desmorest, Ga., Oct. 21, 2021. He was born at home on Reed Street in Hayden Lake, Idaho on Christmas Eve 1937 weighing only 2 pounds. He attended Hayden Grade School, CDA High School, North Idaho College, University of Idaho, College in Montana and Oregon with degrees in pharmacy and medicine.

Dean retired from Medtronics Heart Pacers, Atlanta, Ga.

He is survived by wife Sarah Knudson at their home in Georgia. Son, Ken (Julie) Knudson, Wellesley, Mass., grandchildren; Cooper, Reese and Reagan. Daughter, Karen (Ed) Paradise, Cornelia, Ga., grandchildren; Cody and Maggie. Sister, Donna (Ron) Harwood, Hayden Lake, Idaho. Nephew, Jerry (Pam) Harwood, Cumming, Ga. Larry (Linda) Harwood, Athol, Idaho.
