RACISM: Its true root

I noted a couple of letters to the editor regarding S. Patrick’s article re: Critical Race Theory.

CRT is well beyond an “intellectual movement.” I suggest the Hillsdale College newsletter “Imprimus” March, 2021 on the subject or Victor Davis Hansen of the Hoover Institute from Stanford University. They do not rely on the British encyclopedia Britannica. Their discussion is more substantial.

Bottom line, in Critical Race Theory, if you are a white male, you are a racist whether you know it or not. CRT does not offer a solution beyond more racism. Racism was re-emphasized by Darwin’s Theory of Evolution. So if you accept the theory of evolution by Darwin, you are on your way to racism. The theory of evolution is taught in our public schools.

If this nation was systemically racist, it would not have elected a black man president twice. It would not make hundreds of black men multimillionaires in sports and entertainment. The wealthiest ethnic group in the U.S. is Asian and one of the wealthiest women in the U.S. is black.

Science shows one race and two sexes. Science is not selectively choosing the data, but rather using all the data and evidence and drawing your conclusions. Racism is in the heart, not the system.
