CRT: Don’t buy it

| May 16, 2021 1:00 AM

I’m just catching up on my papers, and wanted to comment on Sholeh Patrick’s explanation of Critical Race Theory (CRT).

First of all, CRT has gone so far overboard, that it is causing hate and racism, and for the most part against whites. I don’t care what color someone is, as long as they are productive in life.

Don’t think for one minute that whites are the only racists, but I don’t see anything said or written about that. When a white person does anything, even walks and breathes, they are a racist.

CRT has no place in our society. I feel it’s detrimental, and I would never want it taught to my children. Did the scholarly and legal researchers ever dig deeper to see what the real problem in equality is, other than racism? I can’t believe they did, or maybe they wouldn’t have come up with this virtual racism nonsense that is supposedly in the back of everyone’s mind. All whites are racist, but since we don’t know it, the government has to tell us we are, starting with our children.

Parents, be aware of what they are teaching your children. Luckily for us, Governor Little banned it from being taught in public schools. It needs banned from work places, too.
