Summary of Request: The purpose of this Public Hearing is to hear testimony regarding a proposed Preliminary Plat (Subdivision) consisting of 33 single-family lots on approximately 10.7 acres generally located at the southeast corner of Nagel Road and Thayer Street. The subject property is currently vacant and zoned Industrial. The property owner is requesting a change of zoning to R-2S Residential Low Density as a separate application being processed concurrently with this application.
