HOSPITAL: Time for change

Imagine an even improved Kootenai Hospital Board. Imagine the contributions of a wellness doctor, a technology expert, and our highly respected K.C. Treasurer.

I thank the incumbents for their contributions, but I believe it is time for new eyes and new ideas. Dr. Duke Johnson, Steve Matheson and Chris Nordstrom would complement the skills of the nine-member board.

Dr. Johnson would help the hospital focus on helping residents with preventive care that could extend your healthy life. Chris Nordstrom has the technical skills to find ways to improve community communication and provide much needed transparency. Steve Matheson has vast private and public experience in managing budgets and analyzing complicated financial date.

All three candidates are highly qualified and of excellent character.
