ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids will be received by the City Clerk, 408 N. Spokane, Post Falls, ID, on or before the April 6, 2021, until the hour of 2:00 p.m., local time, for the City Streets Rehabilitation - Polston Avenue & Goude Street Project. The City of Post Falls intends to reconstruct the asphalt roadway surface Polston Avenue (N. Idaho Rd. to Traffic Islands) and Goude Street (E. Seltice Way to E. Polston Ave). This project will include pedestrian ramp reconstruction and small quantities of sidewalk and gutter installation.
