City of Coeur d'Alene Wastewater Utility Compost Facility: Biosolids Hopper Retrofit Notice of Advertisement for Bids Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Coeur d'Alene at the City Clerk's office, 710 E. Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814 on or before 2:00 PM local time, March 16, 2021 for the Compost Biosolids Hopper Retrofit.
