INSURANCE: Get up to date

With fire season at hand, and the cost of building materials skyrocketing, I called our insurance agent to see if all of our properties were effectively covered for REPLACEMENT costs. They weren’t. We had to increase the coverage on every one of our properties to match today’s inflated building materials and labor costs.

I encourage all homeowners to check with their insurance agent to ensure they our properly covered at today’s replacement costs.
