ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CARLIN BAY TRANSMISSION MAIN FOR CARLIN BAY PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO Separate sealed Bids for the CARLIN BAY TRANSMISSION MAIN will be received by the Carlin Bay Property Owners Association c/o Welch, Comer & Associates, Inc. at their office located at 330 E. Lakeside Avenue, Suite 101 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, until 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), on Thursday June 24, 2021, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
