VACCINE: Kindness requested

To Warden Jay Christensen:

I’m a non-violent inmate housed at Idaho state COVID central (Idaho State Correctional Center). This tragic situation the world has been forced to deal with affects us all.

You do not require your staff or inmates to be vaccinated, however I must live around here and wish to NOT be reinfected by others. I’m begging for compassion.

During the news I’m seeing that the state of Idaho is offering free vaccinations to anyone at local pharmacies. OK.

As a member of the inmate population, I respectfully request you allow me to be driven to a local pharmacy in handcuffs and receive my free Idaho vaccine so I will not be a carrier of this deadly virus. I do not want to be infected or infect anyone.

The facts are just that.

Fact No. 1: You have already subjected me to COVID three times in the “Death Dorm” H-2 at ISCC, Boise.

Fact No. 2: You have failed to protect me or my health, more than once.

Fact No. 3: I now must access my own safety and manage myself and my health.

I’m a human. So please allow me the right to be safe and healthy.
