NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ANNEXATION REQUEST NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Hayden Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 16, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Hayden City Hall Council Chambers, 8930 N. Government Way, Idaho, to consider Case No. PZE-21-0165, Connie Krueger, Johnson Surveying, Inc., on behalf of the owner Jackie's Family Trust, is requesting approval of the annexation of 4.74 acres, located approximately 350 feet south of West Honeysuckle Avenue and west of North Atlas Road, more commonly known as 8635 N Atlas Road. The parcel is currently within unincorporated Kootenai County. The applicant is requesting that upon annexation, the parcel is zoned Single Family Residential (R-1) to allow for future development. The lot (tax parcel #0-3560-21-275-AE) has one existing single family residential structure and accessory buildings. The legal description of the subject site is as follows: The South half of Tract 275, HAYDEN LAKE IRRIGATED TRACTS, according to the plat recorded in Book 'C' of Plats, page 67, records of Kootenai County, Idaho.
