NOTICE OF ADVERTISEMENT PRE-QUALIFICATIONS FOR Electrical Subcontractors Phase 2 Tertiary Treatment & Biosolids Improvement (TT & B) project FOR THE HAYDEN AREA REGIONAL SEWER BOARD WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Hayden Area Regional Sewer (HARSB) is seeking to pre-qualify electrical subcontractors for the Phase 2 Tertiary Treatment & Biosolids Improvement (TT & B) project at the HARSB Wastewater Treatment Plant. Pre-qualification questionnaires will be received by HARSB, 10789 N. Atlas Rd. Hayden ID 83835, at the HARSB office on or before the 17th day of February 2021, until the hour of 1:00 o'clock p.m., local time. The Phase 2 Tertiary Treatment & Biosolids (TT & B) Improvement project at the HARSB Wastewater Treatment Plant generally consists of construction of a new solids contact clarifier; construction of a new solids contact clarifier sludge transfer pumping station; Construction of new Ultra-Filtration system including pump stations and wet wells, modifications to an existing research building, new Ultra-Filtration building; performing all other associated yard piping, civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, equipment installation, instrumentation and SCADA work required for a completely operational system. Biosolids improvements include a new dewatering building and solar biosolids dryer with associated boilers and electrical equipment. The electrical subcontractor will perform the electrical work for the TT & B Project General Contractor. Prospective electrical subcontractor bidders interested in submitting a pre-qualification package must obtain pre-qualification instructions and forms from HARSB and must register with HARSB to receive any addenda that may be issued.
