JAN. 6: Hold all accountable

To prevent another leader of our country from trying to be an autocrat or dictator, Donald Trump must be held accountable for his actions, whether through impeachment, the 25th Amendment or under Section 2384, the Seditious Conspiracy law. We cannot, as a nation, allow such blatant disregard of our laws to go unpunished.

Everyone is the same under the law. That is what our judicial system is based on, and even though it is not perfect, it is the best this planet has.

Russia, Iran and even China are likely using this act of violence and terrorism to undermine our democracy. Unless we hold all who participated accountable, we will have lost our standing in the world. We are no better than any other despot, third world regime.

I am asking you, Senator Crapo, Senator Risch and Congressman Fulcher, for the good of this nation, to stand up and demand that Donald Trump, and all who participated in this seditious act on Jan. 6 be held accountable. If not, it will happen again and again. More lives will be lost and we will descend into decay, not from without, but from within.
