Notable calls for the day!

1-06-2021

Day Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies arrested a female for her warrant out of Oregon. CDA PD received a tip of her whereabouts in the county and passed it along to us for follow up. Deputies responded to the location and arrested her.

• A Deputy was assigned to D4 and was able to spend a majority of his shift patrolling the district. The ongoing saga at a property on S. HWY 95 started again, when the female half was released from jail and tried to get some property.

Evening Shift handled the following notable calls:

• Deputies responded to the area of the Ameri-Mart for a reported Property Damage blocking crash. On scene it was determined the vehicle collision actually occurred in Spokane County. Due to Spokane County dealing with a shooting at the time of this call, they could not send a Deputy. Deputies on scene assisted the parties by having them exchange info, and then cleared the scene. 21-00821

• Deputies responded to the area of W. Moguel Loop reference a male that had Threatened Suicide. On scene Deputies spoke to the (RP) who advised her partner had been drinking during the day while she was at work. Once she arrived home, he started to try and pick fights with her verbally. The R/P told the male she was going to leave. As she was leaving, the male threatened to kill himself. Deputies attempted to contact the male calls and attempts went unanswered. 21-00826

• A Deputy responded to E. Mesnser for an Agency Assist reference checking on the welfare of two one year twin children. The residence was checked and the children were safe with. 21-00801

• Deputies responded to W. Ferrel Rd. in Huetter for a 911 Hang-Up. Central Dispatch advised a male could be heard saying "come on mother f'er's". It was unknown if there was fight there, or if it was the T.V. On scene Deputies confirmed the male there accidentally called 911, and the foul language etc. in the background was in fact something on TV. 21-00830

Night Shift handled the following notable calls:

• A Deputy stopped and arrested a female on a FTA warrant for DWP. Upon arrest, the Deputy located multiple bindles of packaged methamphetamine and two scales. She was also charged with possession of controlled substance with intent to deliver (methamphetamine), possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. 21-00872/21-00863

• Deputies responded to E. Painters Loop for a possible domestic dispute. The R/P reported her upstairs neighbors were arguing and she thought “she heard the male put hands on the female”. Prior to LE arrival, the R/P described a 4 door silver passenger vehicle leaving the area. Deputies arrived and were unable to locate anyone in the apartment. 21-00868

• A Deputy responded to a disabled motorist in the area of Hayden Ave. and Spokane St. The driver exhibited the symptoms of intoxication. She failed SFST's and provided breath samples of .148/.130. She was charged for DUI. 21-00871

• A Deputy responded to N. Macie Loop for an auto burglary. The R/P reported she had left her vehicle running and unlocked with her 5 year old child in the vehicle. Someone entered her vehicle and stole her wallet and cat carrier that was sitting next to her child. The Deputy completed a crime report and issued a warning for leaving the vehicle unattended running with a child inside. 21-00885
