BUILDERS: No sympathy here

Poor little custom home builders… it takes too long to get permits to build over-priced, high-dollar homes for their out of state customers while doing everything they can to force their subcontractors to absorb the cost of rising material.

There are thousands of dollars at stake, but only for the builders, not the people actually building the homes.
