VACCINE: A positive experience

| February 24, 2021 1:00 AM

We were more than surprised to read Robin Jenkins’ experience at Kootenai Health when she went for her COVID-19 vaccination. We had a totally opposite experience.

From start to finish it was easy and efficient. The parking lot was marked telling us where to park, there was a friendly fellow who greeted us at the front door. Two nice gentlemen behind a big plexiglass partition checked our IDs and informed us where to go. Our own common sense told us not to get onto a crowded elevator, rather to wait for the next one.

The room was definitely set up for social distancing and everyone was wearing a mask. The tablets we were given to fill out our information were sanitized right before our eyes. We received our shots and were informed to take a seat at the end of the line of chairs that were spaced 6 feet apart, moving forward as the next seat became available.

When we got to the front a very pleasant lady made an appointment for us to get our second shot. We were beyond impressed with the efficiency and professionalism. Thank You Kootenai Health!
