Currently, the District collects a supplemental levy that costs $210 per $100,000, which will expire when the proposed levy goes into effect. Additionally, the District collects a bond levy which is expected to decrease by $12 per $100,000 of taxable assessed value. The proposed levy shall replace the District's existing supplemental levy, which expires July 1, 2021, and has an annual cost of $99.53 per $100,000 of assessed values per year. The net effect, based on current conditions, is a $3.32 per $100,000 decrease per year. Said election will be conducted pursuant to Title 34, Idaho Code.
