NIC: Who’s at fault

| February 17, 2021 1:00 AM

There seems to be a bit of a dust-up going on at our NIC. Two of the establishment board trustees “old guard” were given the heave-ho by the electorate and Banducci has the helm, supported by two new members. According to a gal named Wood, Banducci has been an awful person and it seems a wonder ol’ Banducci isn’t in the cross-bar hotel.

Where it gets confusing in this old boy’s thought process is where the president of the college says he witnessed an incident and at the time did not recognize the seriousness of it until this gal Wood decides to strike. Now the president is aware of the awful nature of what he saw. Should Banducci have to leave on the noon stage, then the president should be going with him for failure to do his duty or for being too slow to be a college president.

As a keen political observer, I think we can solve this. Register Banducci as a Democrat. Problem solved. For a Democrat to be removed from office it truly takes an act of God, because there is nothing one can do to persuade any of the 27 other genders to act.

As for the women signing the letter in the paper, the last names of Dunlap, English, Lippert and Wood stood out as local liberals and the second listed name was special. Group leader Alice Arambarri of the infamous Mothers Against Senseless Gun Violence in America, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bloomberg’s gun grabbing empire. Her group has been exposed as an out and out extremist anti-gun organization.
