Ron Reeve recently found himself driving south towards Moscow on Highway 95 as he searched for an infamous "lone tree on a hill with a beautiful sky" behind it to photograph.

But when he got to Moscow, he felt pulled toward Bovill and took off on SH-3, the White Pine Scenic Highway.

"I never did find the Lone Tree I was looking for," he said, "but I did find several wonderful winter trees, frozen lakes and rivers, plus a beautiful sunset over Killarney Lake."
